Refund & Return Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to return the item once received.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days back to your original form of payment.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery (excluding refurbished products).
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- In brand-new condition
- Uninstalled / Non-assembled
- Unused / No missing parts
- In its original packaging

Important:
- A return tracking number must be provided within 2 weeks of our return approval. If not, the return will be considered abandoned and no longer accepted.
Return & Exchange Shipping Fees
Buyer Covers Shipping:
- If returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike of product), the buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping fees.
Seller Covers Shipping:
- If the return is due to a product defect or issue, we will cover the shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The product has been installed or assembled
- The product is missing its original packaging
- The product has a Celsius-only digital display (cannot be changed to Fahrenheit)
- The product does not have an Australian watermark (please verify before purchasing)
- The product dimensions were incorrect due to buyer error
7-Day Free Replacement
We offer free product replacement within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or missing parts.
To qualify for a replacement:
- Unbox and inspect the item within 7 days
- Contact us at info@casalux.com with photos or videos for verification
No replacements will be accepted after 7 days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary
- Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time
