Shipping Policy
We proudly offer FREE shipping to U.S. customers via DHL, UPS, or other reliable express carriers! Customers outside of the U.S. will be required to pay a small shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
We require 1 to 2 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that high peak seasons (such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday), holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times.
Pre-Ordered & Back-Ordered Items
If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any available items immediately and dispatch the remaining items as soon as they become available. If you receive only part of your order, don’t worry—you will receive the rest shortly after.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if a phone number was provided) with a tracking ID and a link to follow your package’s journey.

Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us within 7 days at info@casalux.com.
We recommend inspecting your item upon arrival, even if you do not plan to install it right away. If you notice any defects or missing accessories, reach out within 7 days, as we cannot process replacements beyond this period.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If you realize you’ve provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@casalux.com.
Since we process and ship orders quickly, there is only a small window to make corrections before dispatch. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
